About JNB Clinic
Two specialties, one surgeon, one operating plan
JNB Clinic is a dedicated plastic surgery and otolaryngology practice on the 6th floor of the K-Tower Building in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Every procedure is planned and performed by Representative Director and Chief Physician Dr. Ju-yong Kang, whose training spans both fields — so the shape of your nose and the way it breathes are treated as one problem, not two.

Representative Director & Chief Physician, JNB Clinic
Every consultation, operation and follow-up, personally
Dr. Kang founded JNB Clinic as a practice built around a single idea: a nose that looks right should also breathe right. Because he is trained in both plastic surgery and otolaryngology, the cosmetic plan and the airway assessment are made in the same examination, by the same surgeon — not handed between two departments.
His surgical focus is closed rhinoplasty: reshaping performed entirely through incisions inside the nostril, which leaves no external scar and preserves the supportive ligaments and blood vessels an open approach would divide. He also takes complex revision cases referred from other clinics, where scar tissue and altered anatomy demand a different kind of planning.

How we operate
Four commitments that decide how a case is planned
01
Zero external scarring
Rhinoplasty incisions are placed exclusively inside the nostril. Nothing is left on the outside of the nose to heal, hide or explain.
02
Tissue and ligament preservation
The technique is chosen to spare the nose's supportive ligaments and blood supply, which is what keeps swelling, bruising and downtime down.
03
Function and appearance together
A deviated septum, a collapsed nasal valve or hypertrophic turbinates are corrected in the same operation as the cosmetic reshaping.
04
Proportion over template
Refinements are measured against your own facial proportions rather than a standard shape, so the result reads as your face — not as surgery.
Safety and quality control
What we do to keep a result stable
Structural work in the nose is judged over years, not weeks. These are the choices that decide whether a result holds.
01
Your own cartilage first
Structure is rebuilt with autologous tissue wherever the anatomy allows, which removes the rejection and migration risks that come with synthetic implants.
02
Minimal-trauma access
The internal incision route is chosen to limit tissue trauma and protect the ligaments and vessels that hold the nasal framework in position.
03
Specialist-led follow-up
Recovery is monitored by the surgeon who operated, with structured swelling management and an airway check before you are cleared to fly.
International patients
What English support actually covers
Stated plainly, including where it stops — so nothing about your care depends on a guess.
Consultation and interpretation
English-language support runs through the pre-operative consultation, surgical planning and the operation day, so you speak with Dr. Kang directly rather than through a summary.
Documents you receive in English
Patient registration and medical history forms, and structured post-operative aftercare instructions.
Before you travel
An English intake form with your history and photos is reviewed by the medical team, who return a preliminary assessment of whether the procedure you are considering is appropriate.
After you fly home
Ongoing aftercare questions are handled in English by email at info@jnbclinic.com and by phone at +82 2 2038 3734, during clinic hours.
Where support is limited
English coordination follows clinic hours (Mon–Fri 10:00–19:00, Sat 10:00–17:00 KST). Outside those hours, a complex real-time medical call may need Korean-language assistance.
